1. Delivery Costs

FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery on all orders.
£4.50 Delivery Charge for Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery
£5.99 Delivery Charge for Royal Mail 1st Class Fully Tracked Delivery
£9.00 For Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm next working day)

2. How long does delivery take?

Gift boxes are dispatched via Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 1st Class depending on the service you choose. Royal Mail 2nd Class post usually arrives within 2-4 working days, however this is dependent on the Royal Mail and can take longer at busy times. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. These services are not fully tracked and tracking information is displayed by Royal Mail once delivery has been attempted.

If you require a fully tracked service then please choose Royal Mail fully tracked delivery or Special delivery.

3. How soon do we dispatch?

As our Gift boxes are fully handmade, our processing time is normally 2 working days.

All Gift boxes that are ordered Monday- Thursday are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders that are placed Friday-Saturday are posted on Monday, orders that are placed on Sunday are posted on Tuesday.

4. Where do we deliver to?

We currently ship only to the UK addresses and we don’t provide international service.

5. Tracking your parcel

Tracking numbers will be sent automatically via Royal Mail emails after dispatch.

If your Gift box doesn't arrive in 7 working days, please contact us at info@ohsoprettygiftboxes.com and we will check the status of your delivery and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.

6. Lost Parcels

If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement cannot be made. If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £3.50 will be requested from the customer before a replacement can be shipped.
