!! IMPORTANT !! Occasionally deliveries may take longer than usual. Royal Mail advises that delivery times could be up to 10 working days at times. Please bare that in mind when placing the order. We work through the orders as quick as we can, however we can't control delivery times and we appreciate our customers being understanding about this.
All the gift boxes are HANDMADE and MADE TO ORDER therefore our processing time is 1-3 working days, with average time being 2 working days.
If you choose shipping with Royal Mail Second Class within 3-5 business days then anticipated total time between order and delivery: 4-8 business days.
If you choose shipping with Royal Mail First Class within 1-2 business days then anticipated total time between order and delivery is 2-5 working days.
The boxes are NOT sent tracked or signed for, in order to ensure that postage is affordable for you. If you require a different postage rate, please let us know and we can arrange this for an additional cost.
Please note that we will ship to the address provided on checkout – if your purchase is for someone else, please ensure that the shipping address is their address (however, we also encourage treating yourself!). No liability will be held for damage after shipment. Please note that whilst items are carefully packaged in the boxes before shipment, some items may shift during transit.
